At TWENTY.TWO CUT & FACIAL, storytelling and self-care share the same chair. With the launch of our new interview series — TWENTY.TWO ROOM — we welcome remarkable personalities to sit down, slow down, and open up about their journeys, ambitions, and the rituals that shape them.
This month, we’re honored to introduce our very first guest: Thibault Garcia, co-founder of Reachly — one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-rising B2B lead generation agencies. His path has been far from linear: from a structured childhood in Toulon with a clear path to the French Navy, to London survival jobs, to launching companies in Bangkok, and even earning national rugby caps for Thailand. Reinvention isn’t a buzzword for Thibault — it’s a way of life.
A Future Set in Stone — Until It Wasn’t
Thibault grew up in the South of France, surrounded by family and the comfort of routine… and a destiny already mapped out. The French Navy was supposed to be his life. But a failed admission test became the very turning point that pushed everything forward.
The setback forced a pause — and in that pause, a new world opened. London was a leap into the unknown: little money, new language, no certainty, and a burning desire to figure out what was next. Learning English, building resilience, taking jobs just to get by — that year wasn’t glamorous, but it changed him forever.
When he returned to France, he traded military training for business studies, eventually choosing Thailand for his final year of university. One cab ride from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Thonglor — and the culture shock of tangled Thai electrical cables — became the first chapter of his Bangkok life.
“I woke up alone the next morning and asked myself: what am I doing here?” he recalled. Yet Bangkok stuck — and years later, he can’t imagine home being anywhere else.
Entrepreneurship with Purpose
Before Reachly, Thibault explored sustainable food innovation with insect-based nutrition — inspired by Thailand’s culture, but rooted in his upbringing around environmental responsibility.
Today, Reachly specializes in B2B lead generation, helping companies go beyond their existing network and create new business conversations. For most people, lead generation is a mystery or a buzzword. For Thibault, it’s simple:
“The activity of generating conversation that leads into meetings.”
He believes in relevance over volume, human intent over cold automation — and in founders focusing on the activities that truly move the dial: meeting people, creating content, generating momentum.
Leadership, for him, is learning to let go — allowing talented teams to execute while he spends his energy where growth actually happens.
Lessons from Rugby and Brotherhood
Rugby didn’t just bring Thibault discipline — it reshaped how he saw teamwork, friendship, and pressure. He describes the sport as a constant reminder that “you can go much further together than alone.”
Playing for the Thai National Team deepened not only his skills, but also his connection to his adopted home. The friends once seen as rivals became brothers. Representing Thailand was more than competition — it was belonging.
One moment especially stuck with him: a final in Chiang Mai — trailing at halftime, doubt creeping in — until resilience took over. They fought back and won big.
“It’s never over until it’s over.”
A lesson for sport. A lesson for life.
Looking Good, Feeling Ready
Confidence doesn’t come from genetics or luck. first through a midnight workout inspired by a movie scene, then through the discipline of sport, and eventually, a lifestyle built around wellness.
At TWENTY.TWO CUT, we know what confidence can do. When you look good — you carry yourself differently. You walk into the room differently. You speak up differently. Thibault agrees: looks matter not for vanity, but for impact.
Because men today are finally embracing what women have understood for decades: taking care of yourself is a superpower.
Redefining Success
Success, to Thibault, isn’t measured in revenue, rankings, or LinkedIn engagement. It’s deceptively simple.
“Success is freedom.”
Freedom of time. Freedom of choice. Freedom to live without fear.
A Barbershop That Cuts Deeper
TWENTY.TWO ROOM exists for stories like these.
Every month, we welcome entrepreneurs, athletes, creatives, and thinkers to the chair — not to sell something, but to share something. It’s a new kind of barbershop culture where men speak honestly, celebrate growth, and inspire others to do the same.
This is only our first episode. Many inspiring guests are coming. Many life-changing lessons will be said aloud for the first time.
If you’re an entrepreneur, athlete, artist, creative mind or simply someone with an inspiring story to share we’d love you to join us in the chair.
