Simple terms for a smooth spa experience
Validity
Each e-voucher is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. The validity period cannot be extended once expired. Expired vouchers will not be accepted and hold no cash value.
Usage
E-vouchers may be redeemed for a haircut, facial treatment or any add-on service available within the Gentlemen Experience or other participating spa and grooming services. Guests may also use the voucher as part of a higher-value package by paying the difference at the time of redemption.
Booking
All appointments must be made in advance through our reservation channels. Confirmation is subject to therapist and room availability. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance and providing your voucher reference number when scheduling your visit.
Redemption
Guests are kindly requested to present their e-voucher or digital confirmation email upon arrival. The voucher must be verified by our reception team before any service begins. Photocopies or screenshots without valid codes may not be accepted.
Transferability
E-vouchers are fully transferable and can be offered as a gift to family, friends, or colleagues. Once issued, the responsibility for voucher safekeeping lies with the holder. The management cannot replace lost or deleted vouchers.
Refund & Exchange Policy
E-vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash under any circumstances. Once a voucher has been redeemed, it is considered used and cannot be reused or partially refunded.
Promotions and Discounts
E-vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers, membership discounts, loyalty programs, or promotional campaigns unless explicitly stated. They may, however, be applied to regular-priced services at participating branches.
No-Show & Cancellation Policy
A confirmed appointment may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the voucher’s value.

E-vouchers are redeemable exclusively at Twenty Two Cut location, depending on the service purchased. Availability may vary by branch and season.
