Membership Duration & Commitment
All VIP Memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 consecutive months.
Memberships are automatically renewed on a monthly basis unless cancelled in writing with at least 7 days' notice prior to the next billing cycle following the initial 3-month period.
Early termination of a membership before the 3-month minimum will not qualify for a refund or credit.
Payment & Billing
Membership fees are charged monthly in advance via the payment method provided during registration.
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be paused or deferred once activated.
Usage Guidelines
Each membership is strictly personal and non-transferable.
Unused services within the monthly period (e.g., haircuts or facials) do not roll over to the next month.
Services included in each membership must be used within the billing cycle and cannot be banked or postponed.
Scheduling & Access
Members must book appointments in advance. While priority booking is granted to members, availability is not guaranteed during peak hours and holidays.
Complimentary drink upgrades and guest privileges must be requested at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
Bring-a-friend privileges (applicable to The Full Experience Membership only) are valid once every 3 months and require advance notice.
Discounts & Product Offers
Discounts on facial treatments, beard trimming, coloring, and retail products apply only during the active membership period and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, packages, or vouchers.
Birthday gifts or facial upgrades must be used within the member's birthday month and require proof of identification.
Exclusive Perks & Events
Invitations to DJ nights and private events are extended to Full Experience members as part of their exclusive privileges. These events are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
Access to vinyl use or special in-shop privileges (e.g., guest drinks) may vary depending on availability and staffing.
Cancellation, Refund & Policy Changes
All membership fees are non-refundable, including in cases of missed appointments, unused services, or partial usage.
TWENTY TWO CUT reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate any membership benefits, pricing, or terms with reasonable notice.
In the event of disruptive behavior, no-shows, or abuse of the membership program, the membership may be terminated immediately without refund.
Liability
TWENTY TWO CUT is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.
Clients are expected to follow hygiene, punctuality, and respectful conduct during all visits. Failure to do so may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.
